Our hot water heater basically exploded and flooded the entire downstairs of our home. I looked on Google for emergency flood service and Precision Carpet Care came up. Even though it was almost midnight, Jason not only answered the phone, but was at our home with 2 vans and 3 guys within the hour. They packed up and moved all our stuff to the garage and started drying. I was shocked how fast they worked and got everything under control. Precision also worked directly with our insurance and made things as easy as it could be. They not only did all our drying, but as of today everything is back to normal! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. I hope this never happens again, but I would refer anyone in my situation to your company.

They got up all the stains I thought were hopeless and were not as expensive as I thought they would be. I would recommend these guys and will use them again.

The guy that came to my house was Jonathan and he is the brother in law to the owner. He did a very good job at our home and was very nice. When he finished, I offered him a $20 tip and his response was that he appreciated the thought, but to keep my money and post an ad on the internet if he was happy with his work. I started thinking about that.. and how most people don’t go online to talk about a company unless they are unhappy with something. I have to say it’s a pleasure to leave him a positive review online and just shows how much he takes pride in his work and the company his family runs. You don’t see that very often.

While you are probably thinking our carpets got trashed and we had to call Precision Carpet Care to clean them.. you would only be partially right. The REAL problem was we put my Yorkie in the bedroom with the door shut and she decided to completely destroy the carpet at the door trying to get out. We had no idea she was doing this and to be honest didn’t know if it could be fixed. I have used Precision for our carpet cleaning before, so I thought I would call and see if there was anything that could be done. They were able to use some spare carpet and patch the area. If I hadn’t seen them do the job, I would never know it was there.

11/15/2010 by Texas.Teacher on Google – Accident Removed! I called Precision to ask them how to remove blood from the carpet as my elderly father in law had fallen and hit his head. It was a Sunday and although we didn’t want to have them come out on a Sunday (even though they would have) I wanted to ask Jason, the owner what to do and what not to do so that I wouldn’t set the stain. He was very nice and walked me thru some things and then he came out Monday morning and treated the stain. If anything, I have learned DO NOT put over the counter solutions on stains because it can set the stain and make it impossible for even professionals to remove them. I appreciate all of his advice and for getting over to our home as quickly as he did. I have used Precision for years in our rental properties and this is why I continue to call them. Great family owned local business!

I have been using the same company for years now, but the bigger they have gotten, the more often they seem to have issues with quality. I decided to give this company a try since their website said they were family-owned. They did a great job and were able to fit me in the day after I called. I will use Precision next time.

I had Precision come out to stretch almost every room, remove lots of stains and clean the air ducts. They were very professional and I thought the price for all that we had done was more than reasonable. I liked that this was a family owned business and that they were able to get it done quickly. We are moving in this weekend!

Sorry, too much information, but I called Precision Carpet Care. They were able to send someone out that same day and were able to remove the stains and the smell (which was bad!). So thankful and worth every penny! I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and wouldn’t want to have to live with the stains for the next year!

Jason’s group came out that morning, moved the furniture, pulled up the carpet, and then re-installed it back after it dried. He was prompt, honest and good at explaining how long the drying-out process would take. Not only that, but the furniture looks better in there than it did before the flood.

I called Precision and the young man told me he would do his best to get the spots out of my rug. He came over and worked on the whole rug, and wow, my old rug really looks great. I thought I would probably have to buy a new one, but thanks to Jason’s magic touch I can leave the rug in place for years to come. I will definitely call when I need the carpets done.

The owner came to meet me and said he could clean it and make it look a lot better, but after I realized that they also did carpet installation, I decided to get a quote for new. It really was time for to replace and I couldn’t believe the price. It was half what I paid 4 years ago. I had them out the first time on Wednesday and the new carpet was installed Friday morning. I was really impressed at how fast and professional they were. New tenants moved in Saturday morning!

A pipe on the back of our guest bathroom toilet leaked all day last Wednesday. We came home to soaking wet carpet and standing water on the tile. I found Precision in the phone book and saw where they handle emergency flood calls. I was surprised the owner, Jason, actually answered the phone at 10PM and was at our home within 30 minutes. They brought fans and dehumidifiers, everything we needed to dry the house. I really appreciate the quick response and professionalism!

For a fair price, the service and carpet cleaning I got was an excellent value. They really did really good job in removing the dirty spots on my carpets and believe me, I had my doubts they would come up. I didn’t feel like they tried to upsell me, which was nice. They simply told me what my carpets needed, and did the job they said they would do.

The company is owned by a young guy who works with his dad and brother in law, so the owner is the one actually coming to my home. I have trusted them to work in my home, while I ran errands and completely trust them to do the job they promise. They can always get to me at times that work for me and usually the same or next day after I call. I don’t usually write reviews, but this company really stands out and I highly recommend them.

I had some pet stains that he was able to get out of my off white carpet, and even got a rust spot up that had been there for who knows how long. I will definitely be calling Jason again to clean my carpet.
